Insurance temporary housing, not a hotel chain

Jubilee Homes is a Dallas–Fort Worth operator of ALE (Additional Living Expenses) and insurance temporary housing. The public site describes more than 20 years of this work: same-day tours, no conventional credit or background screening, low refundable deposits, month-to-month terms, utilities and Wi-Fi ready, and homes we would put our own family in.

We house three kinds of stays: insurance displacement and ALE after fire, water, or storm; corporate relocation for employers and transferring staff; and mid-term furnished rentals when there is no claim at all.

We are the people you call after the fire department, the restoration crew, or the adjuster — when the house is unlivable and someone still has school in the morning. We match area, bedrooms, and pets, then coordinate with your carrier or with housing providers such as ALE Solutions, Alacrity, Sedgwick, and CRS. In most cases we can direct-bill.

What we do not do

We are not a traditional landlord screening tenants for a 12-month lease. We are not a hotel. We do not publish a live inventory catalog on this website (availability turns with each claim). We do not invent reviews or street addresses. If a quote is not on this page, we do not have a cleared quote to show yet.

Not those other “Jubilee Homes”

The name is crowded. This site — jubilee.homes — is the DFW insurance / ALE housing operator. We are not:

• the Central Texas home builder in Harker Heights / Belton (jubileehomes.net)
• the San Francisco land-lease / manufactured-housing finance company
• Jubilee Homes of Syracuse or other nonprofit / community-land-trust groups using a similar name
