Irving temporary housing for insurance, corporate & mid-term stays

Irving and Las Colinas claims have a different constraint: airport-area and corporate-corridor jobs, Irving ISD, and the need to stay between Dallas and DFW International — not start over in Collin County.

Insurance housing in Irving

ALE temporary homes that keep an Irving life intact

Jubilee Homes places Irving temporary housing for insurance claims. If fire, water, or storm damage has taken your Irving home out of commission, we match you to a furnished, pet-friendly place and work the ALE paperwork — including direct-bill when the file allows.

SH-183, Loop 12, and the Las Colinas employment core are the usual commute anchors. Families also ask about staying near the airport for shift work without living in a hotel. That is a placement brief we understand; it is not the same as a Plano or Fort Worth search.

We do not host a public inventory. Send bedroom count, pets, and whether Las Colinas, south Irving, or the airport side is the priority.

Irving

Mid-cities, airport side

Las Colinas and the airport

Las Colinas corporate jobs and DFW Airport-area shifts are why Irving families cannot “just go north.” A comparable ALE home still has to make that drive. We search from Irving first, then the inner mid-cities, before we ever look at far Collin County.

Schools

Irving ISD and nearby mid-cities campuses are a common reason to stay. Name the school. We will not fabricate district maps, and we will not treat a Frisco house as a silent substitute.

Next-door cities

West toward Arlington, east toward Dallas, and south/east edges of the mid-cities are the usual overflow — not a leap to Frisco unless you ask for it. Fort Worth is in play when the commute already points that way.

Irving local context

Irving’s Las Colinas employers, hospitals, and airport corridor

Headquarters and employers

Fluor, Kimberly-Clark, McKesson, Michaels, Celanese, and Commercial Metals are all headquartered in Irving, many around Las Colinas, and DFW Airport sits just to the northwest. That mix means a lot of corporate transfers and airport-linked schedules.

Hospitals

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Irving and Medical City Las Colinas are the main hospitals inside the city.

Neighborhoods and venues

Las Colinas (including the Urban Center and Mandalay Canal), Valley Ranch, Old Irving, and South Irving are very different areas. The Toyota Music Factory, the Irving Convention Center, and the University of Dallas are local anchors, and DART’s Orange Line connects Las Colinas to DFW Airport.

Roads and school districts

SH-114, SH-183, SH-161, I-635, I-35E, and Loop 12 define commutes. Irving ISD covers roughly the southern two-thirds of the city; the northern third, including parts of Valley Ranch, is served by Coppell ISD or Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, so check by address. Wind, hail, and winter freeze are the usual claim causes.

How it works

From Irving claim to keys

Same process we use across DFW — pointed at Irving so school and commute stay in the brief.

1

Tell us Irving

Say Irving or Las Colinas (and airport vs city-side). Include bedrooms, pets, and who is on the claim.

2

We handle the insurance side

We coordinate with your adjuster or housing provider and can direct-bill so you are not waiting on reimbursement to sleep somewhere safe.

3

Move in — stay as long as the rebuild

Furnished (or unfurnished), utilities-ready, pet-friendly. Extensions are simple if Irving repairs run long.

Answers

Irving ALE housing questions

We need to stay near DFW Airport for work. Is that something you handle?

Yes — that is a normal Irving brief. We look for temporary housing that keeps the airport-area commute, not a house that only looks close on a DFW-wide map. Timing still depends on what is open; call with shift pattern and bedroom count.

Can you bill our insurance for an Irving stay?

In most cases, yes. We coordinate with carriers and with housing providers including ALE Solutions, Alacrity, Sedgwick, and CRS. If you found us on your own, we still help get ALE coverage on the stay.

Do Irving Jubilee homes allow pets?

Yes. Pet-friendly is standard for us. Include type and count when you inquire.

Do you house corporate relocations in Irving, or only insurance claims?

Both. Las Colinas and DFW Airport-area assignments often need a furnished Irving home that keeps the airport and Dallas reachable. We place corporate relocation housing on flexible terms, with or without a claim file.

Can I get a mid-term furnished rental in Irving without a claim?

Yes. Mid-term furnished rentals in Irving are month-to-month — a project, a lease gap, an airport-area assignment. You do not need an insurance claim.
